Calla Lily Cove

We almost exclusively rent properties when we vacation, and this was one of the most thoughtfully appointed homes that we have rented! The walls were thick (if you're on the third floor you can't hear the people on the second floor), the bedding and towels were all nice quality and white (so you know they're clean clean), and it truly has everything you need to prepare a meal when you don't want to drive in to a restaurant! We enjoyed tubing in the bay (which is a 2 minute walk) watching dolphins, a quick walk or golf cart ride to two different public gulf entrances, and sleeping in a quiet home to enjoy the busy days of playing! Oh, and the elevator makes taking beach stuff and luggage up and down a breeze! Bedroom 2 has a bathroom right across the hall with a pocket door which made it perfect for my mom to have her own space away from everyone. We chose this location because we wanted quick access to beaches that were not super crowded and we were not disappointed. If we walked a little bit up from the gulf access points, we could set up and have space all to ourselves! Oh, and the National Seashore is a 10ish minute drive away. There are shade pavilions, bathrooms and it's BEAUTIFUL. Buy your $25 pass on your first day because it lasts 7 days. Don't hesitate on this property. Truly it's perfect for a family vacation!
