Beautiful view.

Everything was very clean. Michelle was very easy to get in touch with and answer any questions we had. We had a great view of the beach. There are great restaurants near by as well as in Pensacola. We love Cactus Flower and The Gran Marlin. We tried a new restaurant, The Emerald Bar and Grill and it was very good. You can’t go wrong staying here. The only thing I might suggest is a new mattress in the second bedroom and a small chair to sit in to put pants or socks on. The towels in the bathroom were nice and heavy. When we arrived there was nice music playing, lights were on and she had a welcome basket for us with a bottle of wine and other goodies. Would definitely rent again

Let me start out by saying amazing. It was way more than what we expected. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beds are comfortable super clean. We had a wonderful time. The ocean is absolutely gorgeous. People are so nice. I definitely will be back and hopefully to rent this unit again, thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pearl in unit 502. It was very clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would consider updating is the binder that has information about rules and such. Specifically the binder outlines check-out instructions to only load the dishwasher and to place used linens in the laundry room however; your check-out instructions via email states to load and run the dishwasher and to place linens in the bathtub. Additionally the binder states to not operate the washer and dryer but the listing shows it as an amenity.
