Sunset Island Villa

We loved the home. It was spotless, so well equipped, warm environment. We would love to stay again! Watching the sunset was such a special family time.

Had a great stay with my family. The house had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

Was in Navarre for my daughter’s wedding and was looking for a nice house to accommodate the entire family for the weekend.This property is absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious with tons of amenities. The elevator was especially nice getting larger items to the second or third floor.The view from the deck at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking!The RMI Team is incredible as well. Always checking to see if you need anything and willing to help with any questions that you might have.Looking forward to our next trip already!

This is THE place to stay. Check in was very easy. Communication was great. The keyless entry made coming a going flawless. There is an elevator which was a game changer for unloading all our stuff and sending it up without having to navigate stairs each time. The home is comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen has every appliance, dish, cutlery and bake ware you could need. There is a convection stove which was fun to cook on. The pans are great and non stick. The house has 8 beach towels you can use so you don’t need to bring any with you and every bathroom is stocked with plush towels. There are tvs in every room. The beds are comfortable and they provide extra blankets in each closet. If you are particular about your pillow I’d bring your own. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, a beach wagon, a few shovels, games and floats. The house has incredible views and a dock right out the back door. We fished a lot from it and caught many fish. We also brought stand up paddle boards that allowed us to explore the bay. It was easy to get them in and out of the water from the dock. We had dolphins show up several days too.The beach is a short very pleasant walk from the house. Navarre gives the small town feel and the beaches weren’t crowded. We did drive 20-30 minutes to go eat at 2 nice restaurants located in Pensacola but there are several good options in Navarre. We loved our stay here and give it a 10/10!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We come every year to Navarre and have always enjoyed a house on the ocean, this little slice of heaven has changed our hearts! The bay views from morning to sunset were breathtaking! It is just a quick drive or even walk to the 37A beach access. The house accommodates all of your beach needs , plenty of chairs, toys and even a wagon to pull down if you’d like. We enjoyed fishing off of the back of the house daily! The porch on all levels were a favorite of our families to enjoy, from coffee until afternoon laughs and drinks. The host had provided all of the little things that add up when packing , which made packing, unpacking and packing a breeze. Toilet paper, bath and beach towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and serving plates, drink fridges on the first and second floors as well as a deep freeze downstairs (we kept ice bags in there for daily use), toaster oven, regular coffee pot and a Keurig, blow dryers in each bathroom, a disposable shaving kit and even shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The home was beautiful from the inside and accommodated 2 families easily. We will cherish the memories made here and book again for more to come !
